Cupping Notes: Rich, medium-acidity, with a robust body and sweetness, with notes of vanilla, caramel, and black cherry.

The Kayumas Estate—meaning “Golden Wood”—is located in northeast Bondowoso, East Java, Indonesia, and was originally established by the Dutch in the 18th century. After coffee leaf rust devastated lowland crops in the 19th century, cultivation moved to higher-elevation volcanic plateaus, which proved ideal for growing coffee. Today, this estate produces Kayumas coffee using handpicking and a fully washed process, resulting in a cleaner, more refined profile than typical Indonesian coffees.
