We love this unique cutting board finishing oil! Its 100% plant-based formula is free of mineral oil, solvents, and petroleum-derived ingredients that you'll find in other cutting board finishes. Instead, this formula's food-grade ingredients like refined almond oil, RSPO-certified palm fruit oil and hemp floral wax act to preserve, protect, and enhance the beauty of natural wood products.
This cutting board oil is shelf-stable and resists turning rancid, providing long-lasting protection for all wood surfaces. It's free of fragrances and VOCs, and is packaged in fully recyclable BPA-free bottles.
We use this oil on the finished cutting boards we sell. It's also great for other kitchen applications like countertops, charcuterie boards, wooden bowls, and wood utensils.
It delivers a low-luster, hand-rubbed finish that enhances the color of darker woods and preserves the natural hue of lighter woods, like maple.
Please note: This product contains refined almond oil.
