Made from our premium 8/4" thick stock solid hardwood, this end grain carving board features the natural beauty of the wood combined with the durability of the end grain. This striking carving board will stand out in any kitchen, featuring a deep 1/2" juice groove, carved handles for comfortable use, and bold beveled edges and corners. The solid brass feet with silicone inserts help to secure the cutting board from slipping.

Like all our carving and cutting boards, the Olympus is finished with our favorite food-grade Cutting Board Oil to ensure the wood is well protected. Available in 3 different species - North American Black Walnut, White Hard Maple, and Black Cherry - so you can choose one that fits your kitchen.
