Using edge grain solid hardwood, the Sierra Butcher Block borrows from the iconic design of the Olympus. Made from our premium thick stock North American Hardwoods, the Sierra shows the natural beauty and character of the edge grain which also exhibits exceptional stability and resistance to warping. This carving board also features a deep 1/2" juice groove, carved handles for comfortable use, and bold beveled edges and corners. Solid brass feet with rubber inserts helps to prevent your carving board from slipping. Available in 3 of our signature solid hardwood species - North American Black Walnut, White Hard Maple, and Black Cherry - so you can choose one that fits your kitchen.

Like all our carving and cutting boards, the Sierra is finished with our favorite food-grade Cutting Board Oil to ensure the wood is well protected.
